高硅含量有机硅丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成
Synthesis of Silicone-Acrylate Microemulsion with High Organosiloxane Content
【摘要】 含有碳碳双键的有机硅氧烷与其他有机硅单体聚合,制得聚硅氧烷微乳液;再通过聚硅氧烷与丙烯酸类单体发生微乳液聚合,合成出了高硅含量有机硅丙烯酸酯微乳液.讨论了相关的聚合反应机理,以及不同工艺对微乳液聚合的影响,最后通过正交设计试验确定了最佳工艺.
【Abstract】 At first,polysiloxane emulsion was synthesized by polymerization with organosiloxane contained carbon-carbon double bond and other organosiloxane monomers.And then,silicone-acrylate emulsion with high organosiloxane content was synthesized by microemulsion polymerization with polysiloxane and acrylic monomers.The influence of several reaction conditions on the process of polymerization was discussed.The best technics were found by the design of orthogonal trials.
