W波段准光模式变换器的优化仿真设计
Simulation and optimization design of W-waveband quasi-optical mode converter
【摘要】 以准光近似理论为基础,建立了输入模式为TE03模、频率为94GHz的准光模式变换器模型,并进行仿真优化设计,得到了优化后的准光模式变换器数模型参数;仿真结果表明辐射波束具有明显的方向性,波束明显变窄锐化,主瓣增益很高,达到29.46dBi,能量主要集中在主瓣上,旁瓣增益较低,辐射效率达到87.36%,当输入端口波导直径为9mm的准光模式变换器时,其功率的容量超过了300MW。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the quasi-optical theory,mode converter which has input mode TE03 and frequency 94GHz is investigated.Model parameters of mode converter are obtained using optimization design.The simulation result suggested: desired directional characteristics of radiation wave beam,which narrows and sharpens obviously,is given.Main lobe gain is up to 29.46dBi,output power centered in main lobe,side lobe gain became lower,radiation power efficiency is 87.36%.When it is input into quasi-optical mode converter with 9mm port wave guide diameter,the power capacity exceeds 300MW.
