【Abstract】 In general,although the trusteeship bureau of German state-owned property can not be equal to the committee of state-owned property of our country,we can learn a lot of lesson from the managing pattern and the organ building of it. From the view of managing pattern of trusteeship bureau of German state-owned property,we should distinguish the kind of state-owned property,strengthen the corporate governance of the committee of state-owned property,be cautious to the course and model of privatization.更多还原
