【Abstract】 Moral education is undoubtedly play an active and important role in prevention of crimes by taking advantage of duty,however,regarding the role of moral enlightenment is absolute and universal on the perspective of human nature is good standing,then caught in the quagmire of moral idealism,will make the prevention of duty-crime unrewarding. The key to duty-crime prevention is to restrict power,and restricting power should focus on assumption that human nature is evil; starting from the evilness of human nature and constructing a democratic legal system to curb the weakness of human nature,in order to fundamentally achieve the purpose of prevention of such crimes.更多还原
