【摘要】 科技奖励政策对科技创新行为发挥着重要作用,科技奖励政策的研究显得尤为重要。论文在分析了上海市科技奖励分配机制现状和存在问题的基础上,总结了相关国家科技奖励激励机制的特点,针对存在的这些现状和问题提出了相应的对策,通过新政策的应用可以提高科技创新的能力,并促进上海市的高科技产业的发展,使得科技产业结构更加合理。通过提出新的科技奖励政策也可以完善上海市的科技奖励政策制度,促进上海市的高新技术产业链的发展,将产业中的研发与生产更进一步地结合,能更大程度促进上海市的经济繁荣与进步。这些先进的政策可以对国内的其他省市在完善科技奖励政策的时候提供参考,希望上海乃至我国在进一步完善科技奖励政策时有借鉴作用。更多还原
