【Abstract】 A failure reclosing accident for GIS breaker due to the output relay failing to accommodate with the fast operation speed of the breaker was analyzed.The causes and related problems were found through many tests and analyses in detail,and some specific methods were proposed for preventing the similar accidents to ensure safe grid operation.更多还原
