IGCC系统中空气气化炉的模拟研究

【摘要】 为研究气化参数对整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)系统中空气气化炉(以下简称空气炉)的性能影响,优化空气炉的性能,运用Aspen Plus软件建立了空气炉的模型,计算出粗煤气的气体成分与三菱公司空气炉的实验数据相吻合,所建空气炉模型得到了验证。分析了气煤比、给煤比、汽煤比等参数的变化对粗煤气主要气体成分、空气炉的燃烧室和还原室温度等的影响。结果表明:当气煤比为3.45时,粗煤气中的有效气体CO+H2的含量达到最大值;随着汽煤比的增大,粗煤气中有效气体含量不变。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of gasification parameters on the performance of air blown gasifier in the integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC) system and to optimize the performance,the model of the gasifier was built with Aspen Plus software.The volume fraction of gas composition in the outlet syngas agreed well with the test data published by Mitsubishi heavy industry,which verified the model of the gasifier.The influence of the variation of the air-coal ratio,coal supply ratio,steam-coal ratio and other parameters on the main composition of syngas and the temperature of the combustion chamber and the reduction chamber was also analyzed.The results showed that the volume fraction of CO and H2 in the syngas reached the maximum value when the air-coal ratio was 3.45 and the volume fraction of CO and H2 was unchanged when the steam-coal ratio increased.
