壳体对接焊工艺的数字仿真研究
Digital simulation of circumferentially welding technique of steel shell
【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件,对圆柱壳体圆周对接焊进行数字仿真分析.仿真过程采用双椭球体热源模拟焊接电弧,利用生死单元模拟焊料填充过程,真实再现了实际的焊接过程.通过数值计算总结了壳体圆周焊的焊接温度场、残余应力场和焊接变形的规律,探讨了焊接工艺以及结构尺寸对焊接残余应力及变形的影响,同时通过与实验测量值的比较,验证了仿真分析的可靠性.采用的数值仿真方法及提出的优化焊接工艺可为工程实际提供参考,具有理论和实用价值.
【Abstract】 This paper applied the software ANSYS to analyze the circumferentially welding technique of steel shell.Taking double ellipsoidal heat source as the arc welding and adopting the technique of element birth and death to simulate the deposit filling during the welding,the paper presented the welding temperature field,welding residual stress field,and welding deformation.Also,it investigated the effect of welding technique and physical dimension on welding residual stress and welding deformation.Furthermore,comparing with the experimental data verified the reliability of digital simulation method.Digital simulation method and the optimization of welding technique can provide reference for engineering practice.This has theoretical and practical value.
