【摘要】 目的:探讨食管贲门癌和其它器官重复癌的外科治疗方法及效果。方法:我们回顾分析了从1985年至2009年2447例食管贲门癌的手术资料,81例为食管贲门癌与其他器官重复癌。并对其诊断、手术方法及结果作了研究。结果:81例食管贲门癌与其他器官重复癌分属四种类型,多中心型36例(44.4%)、系统型36例(44.4%)、对称器官型0例以及非相关型9例(11.1%)。手术切除75例(92.6%),术后发生严重并发症9例(11.1%)。结论:结果表明外科手术有助于改善食管贲门与其它器官多原发癌的治疗效果,但应防范吻合口瘘等严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the operative technique and operative effects of esophageal or gastric cardiac multiple primary carcinoma associated with other organ cancer.Method:The data of 2447 patiens of esophageal and gastric cardiac cancer were reviewed between 1985 and 2009.There were 81 patiens of multiple primary carcinoma associated with other organ cancer.The diagnosis,radical operative methods and the results were studied.Result: The four types were classified in 81 patients underwent MPC,multicentric type for 36(44.4%),systemtic type for 36(44.4%),symmetric organ type for 0 and noncorrelative type for 9(11.1%).The resection rate was 92.6%(75/81) and postoperative complications occurred in 11.1%(9/81).Conclusion: Surgery may have contribution to the effect of esophageal or gastric cardiac multiple primary carcinoma associated with other organ cancer.Serious complications for anastomotic leakage should be keep away.更多还原
