【摘要】 目的:探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗早期复发性流产的临床效果。方法:将106例确诊为封闭抗体缺乏早期复发性流产患者分成两组,实验组给予丈夫或第三者外周血淋巴细胞免疫治疗1-2个疗程及常规安胎治疗。对照组进行常规安胎治疗。结果:治疗后,实验组60例中,妊娠成功49例,胎儿发育均正常,宫外孕2例。对照组46例中,妊娠成功11例,宫外孕1例。两组安胎成功率相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用丈夫或第三者外周血淋巴细胞免疫治疗是一种治疗早期复发性流产的有效的,安全的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of lymphocyte immunotherapy for early recurrent abortion.Method: 106 patients lacking of blocking antibodies with early recurrent abortion were divided into two groups.The experimental group firstly took lymphocyte immunotherapy 1-2 courses and conventional tocolysis therapy;the control group were only given conventional tocolysis therapy.Result: After treatment,in the experimental group,49 cases(49/60) got successful pregnancy,and fetal development was normal;2 cases got ectopic pregnancy.In the control group,11 cases(11/46) got successful pregnancy,1 case got ectopic pregnancy.Compared to the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion: Immunotherapy with a husband or a third party peripheral blood is an effective and safe method to treat early recurrent abortion.更多还原
