【摘要】 目的:探讨护理流程在颈椎骨折患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2008年至2009年运用护理流程及2008年以前未运用护理流程进行院内转运的颈椎骨折患者各65例作为观察组和对照组,评估两组患者在转运时间、候检时间及发生意外事件等方面的差异。结果:应用转运流程,加强了主要环节及薄弱环节的管理,使各项护理行为更合理、安全、有序,提高了工作效率,缩短了转运时间及候检时间。两组患者在转运时间、候检时间及发生意外事件等方面存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:转运流程的改进与应用降低了转运风险,提高颈椎骨折患者在外出检查过程中的安全系数,特别在意外情况发生时能得到及时有效的救治,为挽救患者生命赢得时间,从而增加医院风险管理的力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of transport safety related nosocomial procedure in patients with cervical spine fracture.Method:Data of 65 cases (test group) that were treated with nursing procedure from 2008 to 2009 and other 65 cases (control group) that weren’t treated with the nursing procedure before 2008 were reviewed.Transit time,time for waiting for inspection and accidents were compared between two groups.Result:The application of transport procedure,to strengthen supervision of the weak links and major link in the management,made the nursing more reasonable,safe and ordinary,improved work efficiency,and shortened the time of transshipment and waiting for inspection.Two groups of patients in transit time,waiting for inspection time and accidents are significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Improvement and application of transport procedure reduces risk of transport,improve the safety factor of cervical spine fracture patients in the course of en route inspection,especially when the accident happens patients are covered by prompt and effective treatment to win precious time,there by minimizing risk in terms of management level within the hospital.更多还原
