【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌手术中保留肋间臂神经(ICBN)的临床价值。方法:收集我院72例乳腺癌患者并随机分成两组(ICBN保留组及ICBN非保留组),比较两种患者手术时间、术后上肢皮肤感觉异常、术后24月的复发率。结果:ICBN保留组及ICBN非保留组在手术时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);上肢感觉异常差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随访24个月,72例患者均未出现腋下和胸臂转移、复发。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术中,保留肋间臂神经术式能减少术后患者上肢感觉异常,而不增加手术时间及术后复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of preservation the intercostobrachial nerve (ICBN) in breast cancer surgery.Method:72 patients in our hospital with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups (ICBN preservation group and ICBN non-preservation group).They were compared in operation time,upper extremity paresthesias,postoperative recurrence rate.Result:There was no significant difference between ICBN preservation group and ICBN non-preservation group in operation time(P> 0.05).But there was statistically significant difference in extremity paresthesias.Follow-up of 24 months,72 patients had not metastasis and recurrence in axillary and chest.Conclusion:The modified radical mastectomy,The preservation of ICBN can reduce upper extremity paresthesias,without increasing the operative time and postoperative recurrence rate.更多还原
