【摘要】 目的:总结输尿管镜手术近期并发症及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2009年10月台1370例输尿管镜手术发生的近期并发症的临床资料。结果:术中输尿管穿孔23例;输尿管粘膜撕脱2例;输尿管口撕裂假道形成31例;严重血尿11例;结石返回肾脏53例;严重尿路感染32例。结论:熟练输尿管镜操作技术是减少其近期并发症的关键,严格掌握适应症可预防严重并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summary our experiences on the clinical management of early complications caused by ureteroscopy.Method:Between January 2000 and October 2009,Ureteroscopic was performed in 1370 cases,The clinical data and the complications were analyzed retrospectively.Result:Intraoperative incidents consisted of ureterodialysis in 23 cases,Ureteral mucosa evulsion in 2 cases,Urethral submucosa pseudocanal in 31 cases,persistent hematuria in 11 cases,shift of the tone to the renal pelves occurred in 53 cases,severe urinary infections in 32 cases.Conclusion:The skilled operation and mastery of indications are the key to reducing and preventing complications.更多还原
