【摘要】 目的:通过比较三种检测细胞抗原-B27(HLA-B27)方法之间的差异及优缺点,为实验室选择检验方法提供一定参考。方法:分别采用补体依赖性微量淋巴细胞毒法(CDC)、磁珠酶联免疫法(EIA)、聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物法(PCR-SSP),对53例疑为强直性脊柱炎患者标本进行HLA-B27抗原检测。结果:三种检测方法之间的HLA-B27阳性率无显著性差异,阳性结果与临床确诊结果具有较高的一致性,EIA法略低于其他两法。结论:三种方法均可用于检测HLA-B27,且各有优缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate three methods for HLA-B27 detecting,and make an offer of ideas for clinical laboratory.Method:53 samples from patients with doubtable ankylosing spondylitis were detected for HLA-B27 typing,by three methods synchronously.Result:There were no significant difference in the positive rate among three methods.Taking CDC(complement dependent cytotoxity)as reference standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of EIA(enzyme-linked immunoassay)was 69.6%,73.3%,71.7%,and 73.9%,86.7%,81.8% for PCR-SSP(polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers).Conclusion:Three methods could be used for HLA-B27 typing.Each had different influence factor,clinical laboratory could make a choice according to its capability.更多还原
