【摘要】 目的:探讨沙丁胺醇加丙酸倍氯米松治疗成人哮喘的临床效果。方法:将2008年1月至2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的哮喘患者84例随机分为A组、B组和C组,A组单纯吸入沙丁胺醇,B组单纯吸入丙酸倍氯米松,C组联合应用二丙酸倍氯米松和沙丁胺醇气雾剂,评估三组治疗效果。结果:治疗后三组患者PEF均较治疗前好转,三组分别比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组PEF明显低于C组,两组分别比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组PEF与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组、B组无症状天数明显低于C组,两组分别比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组无症状天数与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组总有效率为71.42%,B组为75.00%,C组为100.00%;A组、B组总有效率明显低于C组,两组分别比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组总有效率与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇联合丙酸倍氯米松治疗成人哮喘疗效优于两者单纯用药,值得推荐应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of salbutamol combined with beclomethasone in treating adult with suffocative catarrh.Method: 84 cases with suffocative catarrh in our hospital from Jan.in 2008 to Jan.in 2009 were divided into the group A,group B and group C,group A received the treatment of salbutamol,group B received the treatment of beclomethasone,and group C received the treatment of salbutamol combined with beclomethasone.Result: The PEF of three groups after treatment was superior to that before treatment,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).The PEF in the group A and in group B was superior to that in group C,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on PEF in group A and group B(P>0.05).The days of symptomless in group A and in group B were fewer than those in group C,and there were significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on days of symptomless in group A and group B(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 71.42% in B group,75.00% in group A and100.00% in group C,and the total effective rate in group A and in group B was lower than that in group C,and there was significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group B was same to that in group A,and there was no significant difference in them respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion: The effect of salbutamol combined with beclomethasone in treating adult with suffocative catarrh is obvious,so they are worth being used widly.更多还原
