【摘要】 目的:观察改良耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术治疗治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效和术后并发症。方法:39例患者作为治疗组接受改良耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术,35例患者作为对照组接受耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术,观察两组的手术效果和术后并发症。结果:除手术时间相当外,在出血量、尿管停留时间、膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间方面治疗组都明显优于对照组;除感染的几率相当外,治疗组在术后出血、膀胱痉挛、尿失禁、排尿困难、性功能障碍方面和对照组都有显著性差异。结论:改良耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术治疗彻底、效果理想、术后并发症少、适用范围广,值得在基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects and complication of the improved prostatectomy with remaining the urethra by the back of pubis in treating the benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method: 39 cases in the treatment group received the improved prostatectomy with remaining the urethra by the back of pubis,35 cases in the control group received the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy,and the clinical effects and complication of operation were observed.Result: The hemorrhage,residence time of urinary canal,bladder washout time and length of stay in the treatment group were fewer than those in the control group,but there was no difference in operation time.And there were difference in bleeding after operation,cystospasm,uroclepsia,dysuria and sexual disturbance in two groups except the rate of infection.Conclusion: The treatment of improved prostatectomy with remaining the urethra by the back of pubis is thorough,the effect is ideal,complication after operation is fewer and the applicability is wide,so it is worth using in base hospital.更多还原
