【摘要】 目的:探讨肾上腺皮质腺癌的早期诊断,手术及围手术期处理。方法:分析10例肾上腺皮质腺癌的临床特点,影像学特点,及治疗预后情况。结果:经1~5年随访,8例完整切除肿瘤中有4例生存,其余4例及2例行活检者均死亡。结论:影像学的发展使患者易早期诊断,围手术期的充分准备是减少手术并发症及死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the early diagnosis,surgical and perioperative management of adrenocortical adenocarcinoma.Method: The author analysed the clinical features,imaging characteristics,prognosis and treatment of 10 cases adrenocortical carcinoma.Result: After 1~5 years follow-up,4 of 8 cases with complete tumor resection cases survived,and 2 deaths with routine biopsy in the remaining 4 cases.Conclusion: The development of imaging makes early diagnosis possible,fully preparation in peri-operative period can reduce the surgical complications and mortality.更多还原
