分光光度法测定腈纶中的二氧化钛含量
Spectrophotometric measurement of titanium dioxide content in PAN fibers
【摘要】 以变色酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定腈纶中微量二氧化钛(TiO2)含量。结果表明:在pH值为2.0~4.5的条件下,钛(Ⅳ)与变色酸反应生成稳定的紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为470 nm。该纤维中的TiO2质量分数为0.199%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.28%,加标回收率为96.6%~102.6%。
【Abstract】 Trace titanium dioxide(TiO2) in PAN fibers were determined using chromotropic acid as a chromogenic reagent by spectrophotometry.The results showed that titanium(Ⅳ) was reacted with chromotropic acid to produce a stable violet red complex at the pH value of 2.0-4.5.Its maximum absorption wavelength was 470 nm.The fiber contained 0.199% TiO2 by mass fraction.The relative standard deviation and the recovery of standard addition were 3.28% and 96.6%-102.6%,respectively.
