微波辐射制备蜜胺泡沫塑料
Preparation of melamine-formaldehyde foam with microwave radiation
【摘要】 以三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料制得蜜胺树脂,将其与乳化剂、发泡剂和催化剂混合均匀后通过微波辐射制备了软质蜜胺泡沫塑料。研究了微波辐射功率和辐射时间对发泡的影响,测试了产物的力学性能、热性能、耐化学药品腐蚀性能和声学性能。研究表明,用微波辐射制备蜜胺泡沫塑料简便、高效。
【Abstract】 The author synthesized melamine-formaldehyde resin from melamine and formaldehyde as raw material and then blended the resultant homogeneously with emulsifier,blowing agent and catalyst to prepare the target product-soft melamine-formaldehyde foam.The effects of the microwave radiation power and the radiation time on foaming were examined.The mechanical properties,thermal properties,resistance to chemical causticity and acoustic properties of the melamine-formaldehyde foam were tested.The results reveal that microwave radiation is a high efficient and convenient method to prepare the melamine-formaldehyde foam.
