BMI改性腰果壳油-酚醛树脂的热性能
Thermal properties of cashew shell oil-phenolic resin modified by BMI
【摘要】 用双马来酰亚胺改性腰果壳油-酚醛树脂,制备了耐热性和韧性兼备的酚醛树脂,探讨了双马来酰亚胺、腰果壳油以及酚醛树脂三者间的反应机理。实验表明:在腰果壳油-酚醛树脂体系中加入摩尔分数为5%的双马来酰亚胺,树脂体系的热分解温度可达418℃。
【Abstract】 Cashew shell oil-phenolic resin was modified by bismaleimides to prepare resins with high toughness and heat resistance properties.The reaction mechanism among bismaleimides,cashew shell oil and phenolic resin was also explored in this paper.Experimental results showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of the modified resins was up to 418℃when molar fraction of BMI was 0.05.
