二苯乙炔类MRI分子探针的合成
Synthesis of Novel Diphenylacetylene Derivatives as MRI Probe
【摘要】 以4-取代苯乙酮为起始原料,经过Vilsmeier反应和Sonogashira偶联反应合成了可用作潜在阿尔茨海默病MRI分子探针的2-(2-氟-5-吡啶基)取代苯乙炔(1a~1c)和2-对氟苯基(取代)苯乙炔(1d~1f),其结构经1HNMR,13CNMR和IR表征。其中1a~1c和1f未见文献报导。
【Abstract】 Three 2-(2-fluoro-5-pyridyl)substited-phenylacetylenes(1a~1c)and three 2-(p-fluorophenyl)substited-phenylacetylenes(1d~1f),which can be used as potential MRI probes targeting amyloid plaques in Alzheimer’s disease,were designed and synthesized from 4-substituted acetophenone by Vilsmeier reaction and Sonogashira coupling reaction.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and IR.1a~1c and 1f were new compounds.
