【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法将60例亚急性甲状腺炎伴甲状腺弥漫性肿大患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予消瘿止痛膏联合泼尼松等治疗,同时,甲状腺功能减退患者配合消瘿散Ⅰ号,甲状腺功能亢进患者配合消瘿散Ⅱ号。对照组30例单纯给予泼尼松等治疗。2组疗程均8周,观察临床疗效及不良反应发生率,于16周观察复发率。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率76.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;不良反应发生率治疗组6.67%,对照组26.67%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显低于对照组。治疗组复发率6.67%,对照组23.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显低于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床疗效确切,副作用少,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on on subacute thyroiditis.Methods 60 cases of subacute thyroiditis with diffuse thyroid enlargement were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Xiaoyingzhitong paste and Prednisone,meanwhile,XiaoyingsanⅠwas given patients with hypothyrosis,XiaoyingsanⅡwas given patients with hyperthyrosis.Patients in control group were treated by Prednisone only.The therapeutic effect,incidence rate of adverse effect and recurrence rate were recorded.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(96.67%) was higher than that in control group(76.67%,P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse effect and recurrence rate in treatment group(6.67%,26.67%,P<0.05) was lower than that in control group(6.67%,23.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has definite effect,lower adverse effect and recurrent rate on subacute thyroiditis.更多还原
