【摘要】 目的观察黄精益阴汤治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法将137例轻、中度老年高血压病患者随机分为2组。治疗组69例采用口服黄精益阴汤治疗,对照组68例应用硝苯地平控释片治疗。观察2组治疗前后血压、血脂的变化及对肝、肾功能的影响。结果治疗组总有效率为84.1%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P(0.05)。2组治疗前后肝、肾功能均无明显变化。结论黄精益阴汤具有良好的降压作用,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Huangjin Yiying decoction on the treatment elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 137 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(n=69),which were treated by Huangjin Yiyin decoction,and control group(68 cases),which were treated with nifedipine controlled release.Blood pressure,blood lipid,liver and renal function in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 84.1% and 86.7% in the treatment group and the control group.There was no differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences between before and after treatment on TC and TG in treatment group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups in liver and renal function before and after treatment.Conclusion Huangjin Yiying decoction has excellent antihypertensive effect without adverse reaction.更多还原
