【摘要】 目的观察参麦注射液配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌生存质量的影响。方法将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌分为2组各30例,均采用长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP)化疗方案,治疗组同时予参麦注射液60mL,每日1次静脉滴注。以28d为1个周期,连续治疗2个周期。观察近期疗效、平均缓解期、中位生存期、1年生存率及临床症状改善率、生存质量的变化。结果 2组近期疗效总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);平均缓解期、中位生存期、1年生存率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组长于对照组;临床症状总改善率、生存质量提高稳定率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善均优于对照组;Ⅱ～Ⅲ度骨髓抑制发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照。结论参麦注射液配合化疗可改善晚期非小细胞肺癌临床症状及生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n = 30) were treated by chemotherapy of Vinorelbine and cisplatin.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of 60mL of Shenmai injection,once a day,and chemotherapy.The course was 28 days in two groups.The term effect,average remission,median survival,1-year survival,improvement rate of clinical symptoms and changes in quality of life were observed after two courses.Results There was no significant difference between two groups on the term effect(P > 0.05).The average remission,median survival,1-year survival in treatment group were longer than those in control group(P < 0.05).There was obvious difference between two groups on improvement rate of clinical symptoms,changes in quality of life and the incidence of bone marrow suppression(P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.更多还原
