【摘要】 目的观察复方芎蝎胶囊治疗动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞(恢复期)的临床疗效。方法将300例患者随机分为3组,治疗组100例,予复方芎蝎胶囊口服;对照1组100例,予血塞通软胶囊口服;对照2组100例,予维脑路通配合肠溶阿斯匹林口服。3组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程统计临床疗效及神经功能缺损改善情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率94%,对照1组总有效率82%,对照2组总有效率78%,治疗组总有效率与对照1组、对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照1组、对照2组;治疗组治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分与对照1组、对照2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照1组及对照2组。结论复方芎蝎胶囊治疗动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞(恢复期)疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of atherothrombotic brain infarction (ABI) during the period of recover treated by Fuang Xiongxie capsule.Methods 300 cases of ABI were divided into 3 groups in random.Cases in treatment group (n=100) were treated by Fuang Xiongxie capsule.Patients in control group One (n=100) were treated by Xushuantong capsule.Cases in control group Two (n=100) were treated by Troxerutin,Aspirin enteric-coated tablets PO in evening.The course of treatment in 3 groups was 4 weeks.And the curative effect and the improvement of neurologic impairment were observed.Results compared the curative effect of 3 groups,The total effective rate in treatment group,control group One and control group Two were 94%,82% and 78%,respectively.There was significant difference between three groups on the total effective rate (P<0.05).There were significance between three groups on the improvement of neurologic impairment after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Prescription Xiongxie capsule has a definite effect on the treatment of ABI (period of recover).更多还原
