【Abstract】 The local government is the foundation of China’s power system.It lies in the first line of the government work and undertakes aspects of the management responsibilities including economic,political,cultural,social and so forth.It faces the majority of people directly and to co-ordinate kinds of specific and real interest relations and social contradictions.Thus,with the further improvement of China’s legal construction,it is essential to strengthen the local government’s governing ability and strengthen the legal construction of local government.At present,the local government has many problems and weaknesses in promoting the process of the legal construction,and some effective measures must be taken to change this situation.更多还原
