【摘要】 目的观察推按运经仪联合内镜治疗胆囊合并胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为运经仪组和对照组,每组60例,观察2年后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆红素(TB)、血清谷氨酰氨转移酶(GGT)、临床症状、胆总管直径及胆总管结石复发的情况。结果运经仪组肝功能及临床症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01),胆总管直径小于对照组(P<0.01),胆总管结石复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜是治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的有效方法 ,术后应用推按运经仪,能有效改善肝功能及临床症状,缩小胆总管直径,降低胆总管结石复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tui’anyunjingyi combined with endoscope on cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholith.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups:6 patients in trial group were treated only by endoscopic therapy,however,the other 6 patients in control group were treated by Tui’anyunjingyi combined with endoscope.After 2 years,the alanine aminotransferase(ALT),bilirubin(TB),serum glutamine transferase(GGT),clinical symptoms,common bile duct diameter and bile duct stone recurrence were observed and analyzed.Results The liver function and clinical symptom improvement in trial group were superior to those in control group,and the bile duct diameter was less than that of control group,bile duct stone recurrence rate was lower than that in control group.There were significant differences in these parameters between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Endoscopy is an effective way to treat cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholith.Tui’anyunjingyi combined with endoscope can effectively improve liver function and clinical symptoms,reduce the common bile duct diameter,lower common bile duct stone recurrence rate.更多还原
