【摘要】 目的通过对不合理用药问题的帕累托图分析,寻找主要因素,及时了解不合理用药集中趋势,为临床药师工作重点提供依据。方法应用spss11.0统计分析2009年3月～2010年3月期间3126张不合理用药处方,同时按不合理用药类型、药物类别分别进行帕累托图分析。结果在11种不合理用药中,4种问题构成主要问题,在13类药物中6类药物构成主要因素。结论临床药师根据不合理用药类型有针对地进行有效干预和药学服务,提高合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through analysing irrational drug-use by Pareto chart,to figure out major factors,to be aware of the central tendency of irrational drug-use in time and to provide the basis data for the work of clinical pharmacists.Methods SPSS11.0 was used to account and analyse 3126 prescriptions of irrational drug-use from March 2009 to March 2010,and at the same time,Pareto-Chart analytical method was adopted to analyse the prescriptions according to the type of irrational drug-use and classification of drugs.Results In 11 categories of irrational drug-use,4 were the major problems,and in 13 categories of drugs,there were 6 major factors.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists may provide effective intervention and pharmaceutical care targetedly based on the type of irrational drug-use to improve the clinical standard of rational drug use.更多还原
