【摘要】 目的观察颈臂丛联合麻醉应用于锁骨骨折内固定术中的麻醉效果。方法选择行锁骨骨折内固定的手术60例,分为单纯臂丛麻醉组(Ⅰ组),颈臂丛联合麻醉组(Ⅱ组),并对这二组方法进行比较。结果患者综合满意度评估及各时间点的VAS评分比较,均显示颈臂丛联合麻醉效果较单纯臂丛麻醉组满意,而不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义。结论颈臂丛联合麻醉应用于锁骨骨折内固定术中有较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of combined cervical-brachial anesthesia in clavicle fracture fixation.Methods The 60 patients for clavicle fracture fixation were randomly divided into two groups:brachial anesthetic group(groupⅠ)and combined cervical-brachial anesthetic group(groupⅡ),and they were compared and analyzed.Results The effects of combined cervical-brachial anesthetic group were better than brachial anesthetic group in the comprehensive evaluation and VAS rating at each time point,but the rate of ADR of two groups was not different significantly.Conclusion The effect of combined cervical-brachial anesthesia is better than brachial anesthesia in clavicle fracture fixation.更多还原
