【摘要】 目的研究氯氮平引起的强迫症状的临床特点。方法通过对我院21例病人资料进行临床分析。结果氯氮平所致强迫症状的特点有:以强迫行为为主,有强迫与反强迫的心理冲突,在氯氮平治疗的任何时期、任何剂量范围均可发生,预后良好。结论氯氮平可引起强迫症状,但可控制、可预防,预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clozapine induced obsessive-compulsive symptoms of the clinical features.Methods 21 patients in our hospital the clinical data analysis.Results The characteristics of clozapine induced obsessive-compulsive symptoms are:to force the main act,has forced the psychological conflicts and anti-forced,in the clozapine treatment at any time,any dose range can occur,the prognosis is good.Conclusion Clozapine can cause obsessive-compulsive symptoms,but can control,prevention,prognosis is good.更多还原
