【摘要】 目的探讨胆囊癌组织中基质细胞衍生因子-1(stromal cell derived factor-1,SDF-1)与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与胆囊癌临床病理之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测44例胆囊癌与10例胆囊腺瘤组织中SDF-1与VEGF的表达情况,并分析其与病理参数的关系。结果 44例胆囊癌组织与10例胆囊腺瘤组织中SDF-1表达阳性率分别为70.1%、60.0%;VEGF表达阳性率分别为63.6%及50.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SDF-1的表达与Nevin分期和淋巴结转移相关。VEGF的表达与Nevin分期和组织分化相关;SDF-1与VEGF表达成正相关关系。结论 SDF-1与VEGF表达与胆囊癌的转移相关,有望成为反映胆囊癌转移潜能的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) in gallbladder cancer, reveal its relation to clinicopathological factors.Methods The expressions of SDF - 1 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in 44 cases of gallbladder cancer and 10 cases of gallbladder adenoma. The relationship between SDF - 1 and VEGF expression,and clinicopathological parameters were analysed.Results The expression rate of SDF - 1 in 44 cases of gallbladder cancer,10 cases of gallbladder adenoma was 70.1% and 60.0% respectively( P >0.05).The expression rate of VEGF in 44 cases of gallbladder cancer,10 cases of gallbladder adenoma was 63.6% and 50.0% respectively( P >0.05).There was significant correlation between expression of SDF - 1 and Nevin stages and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer.VEGF expression was associatied with Nevin stages and histological grading significanly.Expression of SDF - 1 was positively related with expression of VEGF. Conclusion SDF - 1 and VEGF were significantly correlated with metastasis of gallbladder cancer,may be used as new important indexes for forecasting the invasion.更多还原
