【摘要】 目的探讨直肠癌术后经骶前腹膜外引流术和经骶前会阴引流术的临床效果。方法 176例直肠癌手术患者分为2组,分别采用经骶前腹膜外引流术(经腹组)70例和经骶前会阴引流术(经阴组)106例。观察2组患者术后恢复情况和术后近期并发症的发生情况。结果经腹组患者的疼痛持续时间显著少于经阴组(P<0.05)。经腹组发生切口感染和盆腔感的发生率低于经阴组(P<0.05)。结论与经骶前会阴引流术比较,经骶前腹膜外引流术能够更好的促进患者康复,减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of drainage through abdomen or perinaeum after the operation for rectal cancer.Methods One hundred and seventy - six patients with rectal cancer after the operation were divided into 2 groups; drainage through abdomen (n =70) or through perinaeum (n = 106).The recovery and complications after operation were observed.Results The duration of pain was much shorter in the patients received the drainage through abdomen than those received the drainage through perinaeum (P < 0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the infection rate (P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with the drainage through perinaeum,the drainage through abdomen has a better effect on the patients’recovery and reduction of the complications.更多还原
