【摘要】 目的探讨胃镜下活检病理诊断贲门部高级别上皮内瘤变的准确性。方法回顾分析39例胃镜下活检病理诊断为贲门部高级别上皮内瘤变,其中接受手术治疗的23例患者。结果术后仅3例证实为高级别上皮内瘤变,20例为胃癌。结论胃镜下活检病理诊断为贲门处高级别上皮内瘤变者大部分同时存在浸润性癌,建议临床手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the accuracy of biopsy with gastroscope in high - grade intraepithelial neoplasia of the gastric cardia .Methods In a retrospective study,thirty - nine patients were analyzed.All patients were diagnosed high - grade intraepithelial neoplasia of the gastric cardia according the biopsy with gastroscope,and 23 patients were treated with surgical treatment.Results Three patients were proved high - grade intraepithelial neoplasia of the gastric cardia again and 20 patients were proved cancer of the gastric cardia after surgery.Conclusion The patients diagnosed high - grade intraepithelial neoplasia of the gastric cardia by the biopsy of gastroscope mostly were invasive carcinoma ,and suigical treatment was suggested in clinic.更多还原
