【摘要】 目的探讨甘薯提取物对佐剂性关节炎及其骨破坏的抑制作用。方法建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,采用经口灌注药物(甘薯提取物水溶性部分)方法,通过大鼠踝关节肿胀程度测量,长管骨X线照相及组织学表现,观察甘薯提取物对佐剂性关节炎及其骨破坏的抑制作用。结果甘薯提取物水溶性部分在经口灌注给药后,不仅显示出关节软组织炎症得到改善,而且关节骨组织破坏也得到明显抑制。结论甘薯提取物不仅抑制佐剂性关节炎软组织炎症,同时抑制骨破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of sweet potato extracts on adjuvant-induced arthritis and bone destruction. Methods Animal model of adjuvant-induced arthritis was established in rats which were given the water-soluble extracts of sweet potato by oral infusion method. The inhibitory effect of sweet potato extracts on adjuvant-induced arthritis and bone destruction was observed by measurement of rat ankle swelling degree, long bone x-ray photography and histopathologic examination. Results After the water-soluble extracts of sweet potato were given by oral infusion method,joint and soft tissue inflammation was improved and bone destruction of joint was inhibited. Conclusion Sweet potato extracts can inhibit not only soft tissue inflammation but also bone destruction in rat adjuvant-induced arthritis.更多还原
