微波对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶的影响

【摘要】 目的观察慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)中碱性磷酸酶(alkalinephosphatase,ALP)在牙周基础治疗结合微波治疗后的变化。方法用滤纸条的袋内取样法取34例患者一侧104个位点的基础治疗结合微波治疗的GCF样本,同时取对侧104个位点的基础治疗的GCF样本作为对照组,用全自动生化分析仪测定龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶水平。结果基础治疗结合微波治疗在临床指标改善及GCF-ALP水平下降方面均优于单纯基础治疗组(P<0.01)。结论微波治疗可以降低慢性牙周炎患者的GCF-ALP水平,对牙周炎有确切的治疗作用,可以在临床中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) of patients with chronic periodontitis after basic periodontal therapy combined with microwave therapy.Methods Gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) was sampled with filter strips by interpocket method from 104 sites in one side of 34 patients after basic periodontal therapy plus microwave therapy,and at the same time GCF was sampled from 104 sites in the other side after basic periodontal therapy,which served as control.The level of ALP was measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The level of GCF-ALP after basic periodontal therapy plus microwave therapy was decreased(P<0.01) and clinical index was obviously improved compared with that of the control.Conclusion Microwave therapy could decrease the level of GCF-ALP in patients with chronic periodontitis and helpful in the treatment of periodontitis.
