【摘要】 目的探讨支气管堵塞肺减容术(bronchoscopic lung volume reduction,BLVR)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的疗效。方法选择4例COPD患者,于单向阀置入前、单向阀置入后对通气、血流动力学及血气分析结果进行比较、评价。结果 BLVR后,1 s用力呼气量平均增加0.40 L;用力肺活量平均增加0.31 L;6 min步行距离平均增加了 119 m。动脉氧分压升高、动脉二氧化碳分压下降。影像学证实术后靶区肺组织有肺膨胀不全、肺不张。结论 BLVR术后肺功能较术前改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment effects of one-way valve bronchoscopic lung volume reduction（BLVR） on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods Implanted one-way valves in four patients with COPD.Then analysed and compared the data of ventilation, hemodynamics,blood gas before and after implanting.Results After BLVR,forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV₁） increased by 0.40 liter on average,while forced vital capacity（FVC） increased by 0.31 liter on average.And 6 minutes walk distance increased by 119 meters on average.Partial pressure of oxygen increased and partial pressure of carbon dioxide reduced. Atelectasis was detected in the target area by X-ray examination.Conclusion Pulmonary function improved after BLVR.更多还原
