改良自体毛发移植术的临床应用

【摘要】 目的:减少甚至避免在自体毛发移植过程中误伤毛囊,促进毛发移植后的新陈代谢以及生长、发育,提高自体毛发的移植成活率。方法:将获取的带毛囊的头皮皮瓣,放置在10倍的普通光学手术显微镜下,切取宽度约2mm、含2-3排毛发,长度为10-30mm不等的薄皮片,将其移植在相应的秃发区皮下。结果:毛囊损伤较打孔法头发移植术的方法明显减少,提高了移植头发的成活率,54例病人受区头发生长良好,均获得满意疗效,随访1-8年未发现头发脱落、秃发现象。结论:用显微技术精心切取带毛囊之微小头皮皮片,可以避免误伤毛囊,对自体头发移植术中毛囊的成活率有明显提高。

【Abstract】 Objective:To reduce the injury to hair follicle and improve hair survival rate in hair auto-grafting.Methods:Hair-bearing grafts were cut and divided into thin grafts with 2mm in width including 2to 3rows of hair follicles,and 10to 30mm in length under microscope.Thin grafts were transplanted to bald area.Results:Survival rate of hair follicle was higher than that of patching technique.Hair growing was normal without re-baldness in 54cases with following-up for 1 to 8years.Conclusion:Micro-technique can avoid hair follicle injury.It improves significantly survival rate of hair follicle in hair auto-grafting.
