我国男子优秀高脚竞速运动员身体机能研究

【摘要】 选取我国优秀高脚竞速运动员与一般水平运动员各12名,测试他们的有氧运动能力、无氧运动能力及血浆Hb,血清BLA、BU及CK值,探讨优秀运动员与一般水平运动员机能之间的差异.结果显示:优秀组VO2m ax、运动前后BLA、Hb、BU含量、运动前及运动后次日晨CK含量均高于一般水平组,其中:VO2m ax、安静时BLA含量具有显著性差异(P<0.05);一般水平组RQ、运动后即刻CK含量则显著性高于优秀水平组(P<0.05);运动后即刻各水平组运动员BLA出现非常显著性增加(P<0.01)并在次日晨基本恢复.表明:优秀的高脚竞速运动员在身体机能上应该具备良好的无氧运动能力,且安静时体内CK和BLA含量较高.

【Abstract】 The grpups of stilts competitive speed athletes—the high-level and the ordinary level,12 for each are selected to test their anaerobic capacity and aerobic capacity in different levels of athletes’ stilts competitive,blood plasma Hb,serum BLA,BU and CK value.The result indicates that: the advanced group’s performance on VO2max,plasma Hb,serum concentration BU,BLA before and after exercise,before exercise and the exercise in the following morning of the advanced group were higher than the ordinary group,among them,VO2max and before exercise of the BLA content are higher in the advanced group than in the ordinary group and the difference is significant(P<0.05),Ordinary group of VO2max and RQ were higher than the Advanced group and significant difference(P<0.05),immediately after exercise,the BLA content of these different groups are significantly increased(P<0.01)and then could return to the initial basic level in the following morning.The result shows that the stilts competitive speed athletes should have a good bodily function on the anaerobic exercise capacity,and resting the body with higher levels of CK and the BLA.
