【摘要】 以我国参加2008年北京残奥会的8名盲人柔道运动员为研究对象,监测运动员在整个训练期间的生化指标变化,这些指标包括血常规、血尿素、肌酸激酶、睾酮和皮质醇等,并做出动态监测图,结合训练负荷评定在不同训练期间运动员的机能状态、训练效果和疲劳恢复等,指导运动员在超量恢复的训练理论框架下进行训练,保证了运动员在备战残奥会期间训练的科学性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biochemical indexes of blind judo athletes in training for 2008 Paralympics were monitored,including hemoglobin(Hgb),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatine phosphokinase(CK),testosterone(T),cortisol(C) etc..A dynamic monitoring chart was made,in combination with the physical function,the effect of training,fatigue recovery of athletes in different training periods,aiming for training under the frame of resume training,ensuring the training to be scientific and effective during the preparing period of the 2008 Paralympics.更多还原
