【摘要】 运用问卷调查等研究方法,对我国排球高级教练员岗位培训现状进行调查研究。结果表明:参加培训的排球教练员整体年龄、学历、运动等级和执教年限结构基本合理,教练员对岗位培训教学大纲和教材评价较高,部分课程设置与教练员实际需求联系不够紧密,对教练员能力的考核力度不够,教学手段不够丰富,对师资队伍培训的重视程度不够。建议深化教学改革,探索"能力本位"教学模式,加大对师资队伍培训的力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Job training status of our senior volleyball coaches was investigated by using questionnaires and other research methods.The results showed that: the trained coaches appeared to be rational in their age structure,academic title,athlete class and length of teaching;they appreciated the syllabus and teaching material;but some courses were not closely relevant to their practical demands;inadequate evaluation;insufficient teaching approaches;little emphasis on coaches training.Aimed at this,it was suggested to deepen teaching reform,explore "capacity-based" teaching mode,enhance coaches training.更多还原
