甲基丙烯酸和对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚反应单体竞聚率的测定
Determination of reactivity ratios of methacrylic acid and sodium p-styrene sulfonate
【摘要】 以过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在水溶液中合成了甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)共聚物,采用化学分析法测定了不同单体配比下共聚物的组成,采用KT法及YBR计算法得到单体竞聚率,采用概率法计算了共聚物的链段分布函数。结果表明,甲基丙烯酸与对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚的单体竞聚率分别为0.066 15和2.412。随着单体配比中MAA摩尔分数的增大,共聚物分子链上SSS链段数均长度显著降低,而MAA链段分布变化很小。
【Abstract】 The copolymer of methacrylic acid(MAA) and sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS) was synthesized in aqueous solution using potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator.The copolymer composition of poly(MAA-co-SSS) was measured by chemical analysis.Reactivity ratios of monomers were evaluated by KT and YBR methods.The distribution function of chain segment of the copolymer was calculated by probabilistic method.The results show that the reactivity ratios of the methacrylic acid and sodium p-styrene sulfornate are 0.066 15 and 2.412,respectively.With the increasing of MAA ratios in the feed,the number-average length of chain segment of SSS in the compolymer decrease distinctly while the distribution of chain segment of MAA changes little.
