东北春麦区小麦白粉病菌种群动态分析

【摘要】 对2008~2009年东北春麦区小麦白粉病菌标样进行生理小种鉴定和毒性基因分析。结果表明,从124个单孢堆中共鉴定出48个生理小种,优势小种均为411号小种,其次为611号和11号小种。小麦白粉菌毒性基因v1、v3c、v5、v6、v7、v8、v17和v1+2+9毒力频率较高(>71%),而v4b、v13、v21、v22、v23和v2+6毒力频率较低(<16%),说明目前东北春麦区含有Pm4b、Pm13、Pm21、Pm22、Pm23、Pm2+6等抗病基因的品种在育种中有较高的利用价值。

【Abstract】 Physiological races and virulence structure of B. graminis were tested in northeastern spring wheat region of China during 2008 and 2009.The results indicated that:124 souses of B. graminis were isolated and identified. 48 physiological races were met with and race 411 was dominant, following it were races 611 and 11. The virulent frequencies of v1,v3c, v5,v6, v7,v8,v17 and v1+2+9 were high (more than 71%), but those of v4b,v13, v21, v22,v23 and v2+6 were low (less than 16% ). It showed that the varieties from northeastern spring wheat region which were Pm4b, Pm13, Pm21, Pm22, Pm23 and Pm2+6 could provided that it had practical value for resistance breeding.
