【Abstract】 The extraction technology of total flavonoids in Oldham gypsophila were studied by the impregnation method and the ultrasonic wave method, and compared of the two methods. The results showed that the ultrasonic wave method was su-perior to the impregnation method, the optimal ultrasonic wave extracting conditions were obtained as follows:the ultrasonic time at 40min, the ethanol concentration at 60%(volume fraction),the solid-liquid ratio at 1∶6(g / mL).更多还原
