【摘要】 "炎毒热清"中药注射剂是由连翘、金银花、黄芩等中药混合提取配制而成的复方制剂。为了筛选最佳工艺和配方,采用杯碟法分别对不同提取工艺和配方进行了金黄色葡萄球菌、胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、大肠杆菌4种细菌的体外抑菌试验。结果表明,"炎毒热清"中药注射剂复方A～复方F对金黄色葡萄球菌、胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌的抑菌作用比复方1～复方6的抑菌作用显著,尤其是复方F的抑菌作用最显著。在复方1～复方6中,复方6的抑菌作用较其他复方显著。全部复方对大肠杆菌效果不明显。通过体外抑菌试验可知,复方F的体外抑菌效果最好,可作为预选方进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Yandureqing" was Chinese traditional medicine injection.It was prepared from Weeping forsythia,Honeysuckle flower,Radix scutellariae and other medicines.The experiment was to select the best formula through the test of in vitro antibacterial action.Cup method was used to compare different extract technology and prescription with the antibacterial action on Staphylococcus aureus,Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,Pasteurella multocida,Escherichia.coli.The formula A～formula F had more antibacterial effect on S.aureus,A.pleuropneumoniae,P.multocida than the formula 1～formula 6.For-mula F was the most antibacterial in the formula A～formula F.Formula 6 was the most antibacterial in the formula 1～formula 6.All formula had no effect on E.coli.Formula F had the best antibacterial effect and needed to further study.更多还原
