水稻黑条矮缩病的发生和病毒检测
Occurance and Virus Molecular Detection of Rice Black Streaked Dwarf Disease
【摘要】 2009年湖北荆州部分水稻田发生严重的水稻矮缩减产的现象。经过症状观察、10%SDS-PAGE、RT-PCR等方法,诊断水稻发病是由水稻黑条矮缩病毒引起的。
【Abstract】 There had not yet been reported that rice plant disease was caused by rice black streaked dwarf virus in Hubei.But in 2009,a rice dwarf disease,similar to rice black streaked dwarf disease,caused rice yield great loss in some counties of Jingzhou city.By symptoms observed,10% SDS-PAGE and RT-PCR detection,the pathogen of rice dwarf disease was identified as rice black streaked dwarf virus.
