天女木兰营养器官的解剖观察

【摘要】 采用光学显微镜对天女木兰营养器官的石蜡切片进行了观察。解剖结构如下:根的初生木质部是四原型,内皮层无明显凯氏带;次生木质部维管射线不明显。茎表皮具腺毛,皮层有油细胞分布,茎的初生结构维管束排列紧密,无明显髓射线;茎的次生结构中,木栓形成层起源于皮层细胞,具皮层维管束,木质部内侧导管具明显复穿孔,髓细胞内含有大量晶簇和少量单晶。叶为异面叶,表皮具表皮毛和腺毛;栅栏组织细胞长方形,排列紧密,海绵组织不规则,具大的胞间隙;叶肉中具油细胞;叶主脉维管束呈环状排列,共8束,主脉维管束包围的薄壁细胞中含有大量晶簇和少量单晶。

【Abstract】 The paraffin sections of the vegetative organ of Magnolia Sieboldii were observed through optical microscope.The anatomical structure is as below: primary xylem of the primary structure of root is tetrarch,no clear Casparian strip in endodermis.The vascular ray is not clear in the secondary structure of the root.In stem,glandular hairs distribute on the epidermis and oil cells in the cortex.In primary structure of stem,vascular bundles closely arrange,no clear pith ray.In the secondary structure of the stem,phellogen originates from cortex cells,the vascular bundles in cortex,obvious compound perforation in the inner of the vessels of xylem,quantities of druses and few of single crystals in pith cell.In leaf,glandular hairs and epidermic hairs distribute on the epidermis of bifacial leaves;The quadrate palisade tissue cell closely arrange,big intercellular spaces in the anomaly spongy tissue,oil cells in mesophyll.The all eight vascular bundles ring in the main vein,quantity of druses and few of single crystals in the parenchyma surrounded by vascular bundles of main vein.
