【摘要】 随着招生规模的扩大,一批年青教师被引进到农业院校。这就使得青年教师还没有经历更多的教学能力的培养就直接承担主讲教师的职责,难免出现一些师德失范的现象。究其原因,既有社会环境和学校自身管理的原因,也有教师自身修养等方面的原因。在教育大众化、教育国际化的背景下,师德建设是农业院校需要面对的一个课题。文章从组织领导、制度建设、细化师德要求以及提高教师满意度等方面,探讨了农业院校加强师德建设取得实效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the college expansion,a great many young teachers,in lack of sufficient training of teaching capability,have been recruited into agricultural colleges,and taken the responsibility of leading teachers immediately.Hence some dissatisfying phenomena in morality construction.After a careful study,we can find the causes lie in different facets,including social surroundings,the administration of colleges and also teachers themselves.With the popularization and internationalization of education,the construction of morality has become an inevitable issue facing the agricultural colleges.the paper tries to explore effective approaches to the enhancement of morality construction in agricultural college from several aspects,i.e.the organization and leadership,the construction of system,the specification of requirements etc.更多还原
