【摘要】 通过对已就业大学生就业状况与在读大学生就业意向进行比较研究后,发现已就业农科生所学专业与工作有较紧密的联系,且能在工作中发挥较大作用,但实际收入低于在读大学生薪酬期望值,却高于农口单位月薪标准,农科人才智力劳动与其他行业相比,不成比例的现实在短期内不会改变。据此,探讨农林院校就业指导部门开展全方位就业指导工作机制建设,形成全员关注就业氛围;针对农科大学生就业特点开展多种就业指导方式,丰富和创新大学生就业指导内容;从事有资料数据支撑的就业形势分析和就业前景预测研究工作;创新农科大学生创业教育工作,指明创业路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 After frequency survey,cross survey,comparable survey and relativity survey of the students’ employment ambition.Although they think their majors are related to the jobs crossly,and they can play an important role in the jobs,the realistic income is still lower than they expected,which is even higher than the income standard of the agricultural units.The fact that the work of the agricultural talents’ cannot match with the labor,compared with other industries.This would not change in a short period.Then we will discuss the constitution of the employing guidance system from all aspects by the employing guidance sectors in the agricultural colleges,thus there will be an atmosphere that everyone cares about the employment;besides,we will unfold various guidance work aimed at the employing characters of the agricultural students,and enrich and innovate the students’ employing guidance content;what’s more,we can embark the employing situation survey and employing foreground forecast based on the data;lastly we will innovate the craving education work for ment agricultural students,and point out the craving path.更多还原
