【摘要】 为提高肉用绵羊的杂交育种效果,采用PCR-RFLP方法检测骨形态发生蛋白受体IB基因(BMPR-IB)在湖羊、小尾寒羊、杜泊绵羊及杜湖、杜寒杂交F1群体中的多态性。结果证明:在湖羊和小尾寒羊中检测到两种基因型(BB和B+),湖羊基因型频率分别为0.909和0.091,小尾寒羊基因型频率分别为0.563和0.437;在杜泊绵羊中只存在一种基因型(++);而在杜湖和杜寒杂交绵羊中发现两种基因型(B+和++),杜湖基因型频率分别为0.875和0.125,杜寒基因型频率分别为0.786和0.214。更多还原
