难熔金属增韧金属硅化物的研究进展
Research Progress of Refractory Metal Toughening Metal Silicides
【摘要】 难熔金属具有熔点高、弹性模量高、良好的塑性和韧性、高温强度高、热膨胀系数小等特点,是改善金属硅化物室温韧性和高温强度的理想选择之一。重点介绍了Mo、Nb两种难熔金属在增韧金属硅化物材料方面的应用及研究进展。
【Abstract】 Characterized with the high melting-point,high elastic modulus,excellent combination of ductility and toughness,high elevated-temperature strength and low thermal expansion coefficient etc.Refractory metals are a class of ideal material of increasing the toughness at room-temperature and high-temperature strength of metal silicides.In this paper,the application and research progress of two refractory metals,Mo and Nb,toughening metal silicides were introduced in particular.
